摘要:   提出了基于漏磁场检测原理的钢管管缝检测法,对于该检测法中钢管管缝磁化段表面漏磁场的分布特征,建立相应的数学模型,采用许瓦茨一克里斯多夫变换定理,进行理论推导,在此基础上分析了传感器的励磁结构和检测元件的应用特点。

关键词: 钢管间隙, 漏磁检测

Abstract:   The testing method of steel pipe seam based on the theory of magnetism leakage is be concerned. The relevant mathematical model is presented for the distribution of magnetic field covering magnetic section of steel pipe seam. According to Schwarz-Christoffel transformation theorem, We have derived theoretical results, which are the bases for analysing the sensor's exciting structure and the distrubtion feature of testing element.
