摘要: 为矿山机械装备企业提供软件调用、租用、共享和技术支持是建立“矿山机械装备云仿真CAE服务系统”的重要驱动。在描述系统集成环境、物理结构、体系结构、功能结构基础上,研究系统的关键技术,详细论述系统的功能结构,指出可从工具协同、任务协同与异地协同等三个层次支持系统提供云仿真CAE服务。以此为基础,开发具有实用价值的“矿山机械CAE技术公共服务平台”,以“平台”中的“基于Web的采煤机关键零部件CAE分析系统”为例进行应用实例分析,该实例基于“矿山机械装备云仿真CAE服务系统”理论框架,通过网络扩展传统的可交互的软件,对ANSYS进行异地调用,实现为该产品制造企业提供远程CAD/CAE快速参数化设计与有限元分析服务。

Abstract: Building “cloud simulation CAE service system for mining machinery equipment” is an important drive to provide mining enterprises a platform for software calling, renting, sharing and technical support. An integrated design and analysis platform, objected to system architecture, physical and functional structures, has been established and key technology presented. Detailed discussions have been made regarding to the collaborative CAE common service platform. The platform provided three levels of services:tool collaboration, tasks collaboration and remote collaboration. A “Web-based CAE analysis system for key components of coal shearer”, of practical application, had been developed. The system can remotely call and coordinate ANSYS FE analysis tasks through internet, which significantly speed up the CAD/CAE parametric design and finite element analysis services for the coal shearer manufacturers.
