摘要: 提出了把“理想流体”作为参照量,把粘性边界层作为水流动边界条件的粘性水力设计方法。针对冲压焊接多级离心泵吸入口的流态,推导出了粘性条件下的畸变方程式和输运方程式,以此应用于冲压焊接多级离心泵的水力设计,实践应用改善了冲压焊接多级离心泵的性能,提高了运行效率。

Abstract: This essay, by referring to the“ideal liquid”proposes the viscous hydraulic design methods under the conditions of water-moving border of viscous layer of border. The authors deduced viscous distortion equations and transport equations according to water entering conditions of the stamping and welding multilevel centrifugal pumps. This method is applied to the hydraulic design of the multilevel pumps and improved their functions and efficiency.
