摘要: 以典型气动充放气系统为研究对象对外部结露进行研究,分析外部结露的发生机理并提出判别方法,当元件表面平衡温度低于环境露点温度时,结露就会发生,反之则不发生。在恒温恒湿环境中进行负载举升的充放气试验,对元件表面温度进行测量,并对外部结露的发生部位、结露过程进行观测和分析。试验表明,有杆腔侧元件表面温度降低并出现结露,无杆腔侧元件温度升高无结露出现;外部结露在开始阶段是细小的珠状凝结并不断长大,最后形成膜状凝结,并在重力作用下形成水滴沿壁面流下。对影响结露的因素进行研究。在各种因素中,环境湿度越大、负载越大及充放气周期越短,结露越严重。结露一般会在若干分钟内就会出现,应该采取必要的防护措施,以避免外部结露的发生。

Abstract: The external condensation is investigated by taking a typical pneumatic charging and discharging system as an example. The principle of external condensation is analyzed, and the judgment method is presented as follows: the external condensation occurs under the condition that the balance temperature of component surface is lower than environmental dew point; otherwise, it cannot happen. The experiment of charging and discharging with vertical load is conducted to measure the temperature of components surface, to observe and analyze the position and process of external condensation in the environment of constant temperature and humidity. Experimental results illustrate the external condensation appears with decreasing of the temperature of components surface in rod chamber side, and it cannot exist as increase of the temperature of components surface in no rod chamber side. The small dropwise condensation is produced in the beginning of external condensation, and it grows to be film condensation and then it turns into water drop falling along component surface under the action of gravity. Through analyzing the factors that affect condensation, the conclusion can be made that the condensation is more serious with more humid environment, heavier load and shorter period of charging and discharging. Furthermore, the protective measure should be employed to avoid external condensation, since the condensation may appear after several minutes.
