摘要: 推导并通过试验验证三分仓回转式空气预热器考虑轴向导热的传热模型。将方程中传热元件的局部结构参数替代成目前工程常用的整体数据,得到量纲一控制方程;采用实际运行的回转式预热器的测试数据,对传热控制方程进行求解,给出不同气体界面上边界条件的处理方法。对一台600 MW锅炉回转式空气预热器进出口气流的温度、流量、泄漏量以及烟气成分进行测试,详细测定了预热器出口的烟气温度场。将测试数据与模型预测值进行对比,结果表明,该模型具有较好的精度,可用于预热器气流和金属温度场的计算分析,这是进行径向隔板变形计算,从而确定恰当的密封间隙,或选择合理的进口空气温度,保证安全的金属运行温度的基础。

Abstract: The model and its experimental verification of tri-section rotary regenerator energy transport involving axial heat conduction are presented. Dimensionless governing equations containing integral parameters instead of partial parameters are derived to fit engineering applications. The model consists of six partial differential equations and three flow interfaces, numerical solutions of the model equations are presented with directly measured experimental data on a full scale operating air pre-heater, gas inlet and outlet temperature, flow rate, air leakage and flue gas composition of the rotary regenerator of 13.552 m diameter in a 600 MW boiler are measured either to give model inputs or to compare with the model computed temperature. Good agreement between theory and experiments show that the model can be used to predict the metal and gas temperature distribution in the air pre-heater, which are essential for choosing sealing clearance and air entrance temperature, the former relies on thermoelastic deformation calculation of the radial plate in rotary regenerator, the latter ensures safety operating temperature of the metal.
