摘要: 介绍自主研制的自动化电刷镀技术工艺和刷镀设备,并着重介绍自动控制专家系统的设计与应用。该专家系统由数据库、专家程序和操作程序等部分构成。数据库用于存储海量数据,专家程序实现专家系统的学习功能,操作程序用于实际使用。结合该专家系统的自动化电刷镀技术在实际应用中也取得了较好的效果。以n-SiC复合镀层为例,与手工镀层相比,自动化镀层的表面形貌更加平整紧凑,表面颗粒尺寸均匀并且更加细小;断面组织更加致密;耐磨性能更加优良;显微硬度也提高了约8.6%。

Abstract: Auto-brush electroplating technique and equipment are studied, a particular description of design and application of the process control expert system is given. The expert system includes a database for keep data, expert program for self-study and operation program for application. Auto-brush electroplating technique made good application gains with the expert system. The nano-composite coating containing n-SiC/Ni is prepared. As compared with manual-coating, the auto-coating’s surface morphology is flatter and more compact, size of the grain formed the surface is smaller and average. The structure of auto-coating is denser than the manual-coating’s. The auto-coating’s wear resistance is more excellent and the micro-hardness improves 8% than the manual-coating’s.
