摘要: 对腐蚀缺陷的边缘进行准确识别是无损检测领域的一个难点,直接影响着腐蚀成像的效果。采用阵列脉冲涡流对腐蚀缺陷进行检测,针对传统无损检测中只从时域提取特征造成识别正确率较低的问题,根据脉冲涡流具有丰富频率成分的特点,从时域和频域分别提取特征量,提出一种基于主成分分析的阵列脉冲涡流腐蚀缺陷边缘识别方法,提高缺陷边缘识别的正确率,理论分析与试验结果相一致,验证了所采用方法的正确性。

Abstract: It is difficult to accurately identify corrosion fringe in nondestructive testing (NDT), which will directly in fluence the effect of corrosion imaging. Array pulsed eddy current (APEC) is used to detect corrosion. With the purpose of overcoming the problem of low identification accuracy in conventional NDT which only extracts features in the time domain, on the basis that PEC has a broadband frequency, features are extracted in both time and frequency domains. A method based on principal component analysis (PCA) is proposed to enhance the accuracy of identification of corrosion fringe, the agreement between theory and experiment shows that the present method is correct.
