轮胎疲劳失效研究综述

摘要: 轮胎寿命对车辆行驶安全性影响巨大,而轮胎失效方式主要是疲劳失效。针对轮胎的疲劳失效,综述国内外疲劳失效的几种研究方法的特点和应用状况,认为裂纹扩展方法为主要的研究方法;而在基于该方法的研究中,疲劳失效评价指标的合理确定,直接影响到轮胎疲劳寿命的评价;疲劳寿命预报的模型分析技术也是目前轮胎失效研究亟待解决的技术难题之一。通过对目前所使用的评价指标的相关文献和理论调查,指出采用断裂能指标对寿命的预测比其他指标更合理。在对比了目前用来建立疲劳寿命预报模型的分析技术后,指出基于裂纹扩展方法,结合考虑温度效应的断裂能评价指标,并采用EDT分析技术建立疲劳寿命预报模型,预测轮胎疲劳寿命,将是分析轮胎疲劳失效比较有效的途径。

Abstract: The tyre plays an important role in the vehicle safety, while fatigue failure is the main mode of tyre failures. Based on a detailed review of the features and applications of current research approaches of tyre fatigue, crack propagation approach is a main one, in which, the rational determination of evaluation criteria is important to fatigue life evaluation. At the same time, analysis technique for tyre fatigue life prediction model is also a pressing technical problem. Based on the investigation of literature and theories of evaluation criteria used at present, it is pointed out that fracture energy criteria are more rational than other criteria for life prediction. After comparison of all analysis techniques presently used for building fatigue life prediction model, it is pointed out that the crack propagation approach, combined with fracture energy criteria with temperature effect taken into consideration, and adopting EDT analysis technique to build fatigue life prediction model, is an effective approach for analysis of tyre fatigue failure and prediction of tyre fatigue life.
