Explorative Study of Tandem Skew Rolling Process and Equipment for Producing Seamless Steel Tubes

摘要:

提出一种无缝钢管连续斜轧的新工艺——斜连轧工艺,将传统斜轧生产无缝钢管工艺中的穿孔和轧制两道成形工艺,用连续斜轧的方法直接将管坯穿轧成荒管,实现了穿孔+轧制延伸、穿孔+二次穿孔和多道次斜轧变形的连续轧制,是无缝钢管生产短流程新工艺的探索。针对斜连轧工艺变形的特殊性,采用流函数的方法对变形过程进行建模分析,寻求到合理的流函数,并求得满足体积不变条件和速度边界条件的速度场方程,为进一步求解应变速率、变形功率、工艺参数等构建塑性变形理论基础。为验证工艺的可行性,开发研制三辊斜连轧试验样机,并结合分析计算的工艺参数展开工艺探索试验,经多次试验,能够顺利穿轧无缝钢管,证明了该工艺的可行性和数学模型准确性,为进一步的生产应用奠定基础。

Abstract:

Tandem skew rolling process is a new process for producing seamless steel tubes, which combines the piercing and the rolling in traditional production of seamless steel tube and rolls the billet into the tube by the method of continuous skew rolling directly. The process implements continuous rolling, such as piercing and rolling extension, piercing and secondary perforation and multi-channel skew rolling deformation. Aiming at the particularity of tandem skew rolling process, the method of stream function is adopted to establish the deformation model in the process. The velocity fields are obtained under the boundary conditions of the velocity as well as constant volume conditions, which is the basis of plastic deformation theory for solving the strain rate, deformation power, process parameters. Tandem Skew Rolling testing mill is developed and the corresponding process experiments are carried out. It is proved that the process is feasible and the accuracy of the mathematical model, which establish the groundwork for the further production application.
