摘要: 提出了高精度测量巨型转动构件偏心质量的两个方案。由于采用了静压支承原理,这两个方案都可以使质量达数百吨的转动构件处于无摩擦的悬浮状态,从而克服了刚性支承方式下摩擦力对平衡精度的影响,具有很高的灵敏度和平衡精度。介绍了两种方案的原理和具体结构,并对各自的特点进行了分析对比。

Abstract: Two methods of high accuracy testing of eccentric mass of huge rotors are proposed. Based on the principle of hydrostatic bearing, the new equipment can support a rotor as heavy as hundreds of tons while keeps it in a floating state. Therefore, the influence of friction is eliminated. Two kinds of structures of the equipment are introduced with the comparison of their advantages and disadvantages. Experiments show that the new equipment an reach high accuracy as well as high feasibility of engineering achievement.
