摘要: 对基于关联分析的机械产品质量特性波动消解技术与方法进行研究。引入链接对象作为质量特性关联关系的基本封装单元,并构建链接矩阵和链接网络模型对质量特性波动传播与消解进行建模与分析。在此基础上,对质量特性波动消解机理进行探究,提出质量特性波动的源头消解和路径消解策略,并对质量特性波动消解的典型技术进行归纳。在定义波动消解空间、消解单元、消解路径和消解方案的基础上,构建质量特性波动消解过程模型,给出波动在链接网络之间的传播度,并阐述波动消解方案优选的最小风险原则,通过案例进行验证。

Abstract: A method of mechanical product quality characteristic variation mitigation based on linkage model was studied. Linkage object was constructed as the basic encapsulation unit and linkage matrix and network models are built to support for variation propagation and mitigation analysis. On the basis of the linkage model, the mechanisms of variation mitigation are analyzed, the variation mitigation strategies by source and path are proposed and the typical variation mitigation technologies are concluded. In the following, the variation mitigation process model is described with the definitions of variation mitigation space, mitigation unit, mitigation path and mitigation plan, the variation propagation probability is calculated and the minimum risk principle of variation mitigation plan selection is given. A case study is provided to validate the effectiveness of variation mitigation based on linkage model.
