摘要: 通过SiCW-LD2(SiCP-LD2)铝复合材料的切削试验,论述了切削变形规律。通过切屑根部标本金相照片和扫描电镜SEM照片,提供了生成楔形积屑瘤的有方证据和机理,并首次提出了无论从形貌还是从生成机理上看,铝复合材料的楔形积屑瘤与碳钢的鼻形积屑瘤都有着很大的不同点。

Abstract: The law of chip deformation is verified by cutting experiments of SiCw-LD2, SiCp-LD2 reinforced aluminum composites. The chip bottom photos of metapllograh and SEM prove the producing mechanism of wedgy built-up edge (BUF). It is first put forward that reinforced aluminum composites wedgy BUE is basically different from carbon steel BUE in both the producing profiles and mechanism.
