摘要: 介绍了35CrMo钢氮化加激光相变复合处理后组织及硬度分布的规律,并在各种工艺和材料条件下进行了滑动磨粒磨损试验。结果证明:复合处理的淬硬层深度大于非氮化激光处理的硬化层。在滑动磨粒磨损条件下,与35CrMo钢氮化或激光相变硬化相比,复合工艺可获得更好的而磨性,基本与GCr15钢淬火、低温回火相当。

Abstract: The microstructure and hardness distribution of 35CrMo steel after a composite treatment of ion nitriding and laser transformation hardening is presented, and the sliding abrasive wear tests are carried out under the conditions of different technologies and materials. The results show that the hardening depth of steel by composite treatment is much larger than that of single treatment of ion nitriding. In the condition of sliding wears the composite treatment can offer much better wear-resistance, compared with single treatment of ion nitriding or laser transformation hardening for 35CrMo steel, it is basically equal to that of GCrl5 steel treated by quenching and low temperature tempering.
