摘要: 提出一种新型的非圆齿轮传动,其中一个非圆齿轮的节曲线向径按余弦规律变化,另一个非圆齿轮与其共轭。确定了非圆齿轮的基本参数:基础圆半径、偏心率、变形距和中心距比例系数。给出了非圆齿轮的节曲线极坐标方程,两齿轮中心距的计算方法,节曲线长度、基础圆半径和压力角的计算公式。此种齿轮已用于生产实际,效果良好。

Abstract: A kind of new type non-circular gear transmission is advanced. In which, one non-circular gear’s pitch curve is changed according to cosine rule, another conjugate with it. The basic parameters of non-circular gear are determined, such as primary circle, eccentricity ratio, eccentricity throw and proportional coefficient of center distance. The polar equation of non-circular gear pitch curve, calculation method of center dis-tance, formula of pitch curve length, primary circle radius and pressure angle is given. This kind of gear has been used in prac-tice and achieved good results.
