摘要: 针对燃料电池轿车电动动力非线性总成悬置系统及其振动特性,建立一种基于平均法的动力总成悬置系统非线性振动分析方法。建立2自由度分段非线性动力学模型,基于平均法推导得到系统的幅频特性函数,通过仿真计算讨论悬置系统共振特性的非线性特征,同时分析动力总成质量、悬置非线性弹簧刚度特性、阻尼系数以及激振幅值对幅频特性的影响。分析结果表明,平均法可以用于非线性动力总成悬置系统的振动分析,悬置系统参数与激励幅值对于系统特性的灵敏度分析结果可以应用于悬置系统的匹配设计。

Abstract: An analysis method based on averaging method is built for the nonlinear oscillation characterization of mounting system dynamics of fuel cell vehicle powertrain. In the analysis, a two degree of freedom vibration model with piecewise-linearity rubber mounts is established, and the amplitude-frequency function is formulized by using averaging method. Based on the mathematical formula, the nonlinear resonance characteristics and its sensitivity to system parameters, including powertrain mass, piece-wise rubber mount stiffness, damping coefficient and excitation amplitude, are numerically analyzed. The simulation results show that the averaging method can be applied to the nonlinear powertrain mount system vibration analysis, and that the sensitivity analysis results are applicable to the powertrain mount system design and optimization.
