摘要: 剩余强度模型是一种能比较直观的反映构件疲劳断裂行为的唯象学描述方法,但对于曲轴这类体积大且结构复杂的构件,往往难以直接对其进行剩余强度试验。针对此,在应用谐振式疲劳试验机对曲轴进行疲劳试验的过程中,通过建立试验台振动模态和试件在裂纹扩展中的力学特性之间的关系,应用动态信息跟踪方法对曲轴的剩余强度模型进行了间接的试验研究。介绍了这种方法的基本原理,分析了其可行性,并结合试验结果讨论了曲轴的剩余强度退化规律的基本特征。

Abstract: Residual strength model is phenomenological methodologies which can describe the fatigue crack behavior of machinery components visually. For some special elements, such as engine crankshafts, it is hard to build their residual strength model by normal experimental methods. In order to study their residual strength, an experimental residual strength model based on dynamical information tracing technology is brought forward. This model is built on modality analysis of the resonant crankshaft test machine and fracture mechanics analysis of crack expanding behavior. The basic principle and discussion of feasibility of the method are presented. Some relevant tests are conducted for a kind of diesel engine crankshaft, and basic characters of their residual strength degeneration are evaluated accordingly.
