摘要: 强度与显微组织关系很密切。本文将显微组织中的相,划分成许许多多小方块——相子,如此任何显微组织,都是相子在一定条件下的组合排列结果。将显微组织粒子化后,可采用统计方法,寻求相的形态与宏观强度之间的关系。探讨结果,得知相子的分布规律属一般高斯型,并由此导出材料强度与显微组织参数之间的一个关系式,经用实验数据来考核,得到验征。最后又讨论了与某些理论公式的关系。

Abstract: Strength is closely reated to microstructure. In this paper, microstructure was subdivided into very small blocks called phase quanta and consequenty any microstructure may be produced by different arrangements of these phase quanta. In this way statistical method will be applicable. to derive the relation between strength and morphology of phase. It was found that the distribution function of phase quanta is eimilar to Gauss type, and a relation between strength and structural parameters was finally established. This relation hold true when confirmed with published data. Comparisons with some previous theories were also discussed.
