摘要: 本文对目前所采用的各种经济管径的计算公式进行了分析,阐明了诸法尚欠完善。从本轮机的工作特点与具体情况出发,提出了一种确定经济管径的新公式,其特点为:(1)提出了综合参数“λ”与水头函数H(D)的概念,从而将复杂的水锤现象作为一个影响因素予以考虑。(2)水力损失的计算较准确,能够反映出直径的变化对摩阻系数的影响。(3)不需要再进行包括水锤计算校核在内的技术经济比较,确定经济管径的步骤简便,对于中小型水电站的设计尤为适合。可供制定有关设计规范时参考。

Abstract: This article makes an analysis of nil the computable formulas, adopted recently in the determination of the economical diameter of pressure pipes for ydraulic turbines* and proves that the methods used are not yet perfect. On account of the working characters and concrete conditions of the hydraulic turbines a new method is therefore proposed to determine the economical diameter. The characteristics of the new method are ?as follows:1. It suggests a combined pnrnmetr “λ” and a concept of water head function H(D),2. It gives a more accurate calculation of hydraulic lossesthat can reflect the effectof tile varying diameter upon the friction coefficient.3. It takes into consideration the complex phenomenon of water hammer ns one of the influencing factors.
