A RESEARCH ON THE WORKABILITY AND HEAT-TREATMENT OF 13% CHROMIUM STEEL AND THE DROP FORGING OF STEAM TURBINE BLADES FROM THIS MATERIAL

摘要: 本文叙述了国产1ㄉ13不锈钢的高温塑性和热处理性能以及镆锻汽轮叶片的研究工作和结果。采用高温冲击抗张试验法研究了1ㄉ13钢铸态时的塑性。结果表明,在800-1000℃间有一比较高的塑性区,1000-1150℃范围内则塑性较低。1ㄉ13钢最合适的淬火温度为1000-1050℃。空冷淬火再经650℃以上的温度回火二小时后,其各项机械性能均优越。500-650℃范围内回火冲击值则较差。热膨胀试验结果证明1ㄉ13钢在1100℃淬火候引起硬度下降的原因是残余奥氏体量的增加。我们设计和试验了一种蒸汽轮叶片的锻镆并全面分析了镆锻蒸汽轮叶片的机械性能。研究结果证明按照本文设计方案设计的锻镆和镆锻工步,不但足以保证蒸汽轮叶片各部的良好成形和合理的流线分布,并能使金属利用率提高至32%。

Abstract: This paper describes the experimental details and results of an investigation on the workability and heat-treatment of 13% chromium steel and the drop forging of steam turbine blades from this material. Results from impact tests at various temperatures show that in the ascast condition 13% chromium steel has a comparatively highly plastic temperature range between 800 and 1000℃. After quenching in still air and then tempering at temperatures above 650℃ for 2 hours, this material has good mechanical properties; while after tempering at temperatures between 500 and 650℃, it has lower impact values. Dilatation tests show that the increase in the quantity of residual sustenite is the cause for the lowering in hardness, when quenching the material at 1100℃. Drop forging dies have been designed and tested for steam turbine blades from this material. Test results show that the dies designed and the procedure adopted for the test are satisfactory for the forming of this machine part, giving good arrangement of flow-lines. By using this drop forging method, it is possible to raise the pereentage of utilization of the material to 32%. The mechanical properties of the drop forged blades have also been investigated in some detail.
