摘要: 为研制开发新型、高效、节能和环保的现代高能挤压类破碎机,基于破碎粉磨过程矩阵模型和挤压类破碎机破碎腔分层划分研究,建立挤压类破碎机层压破碎过程操作模型,为有效控制破碎产品质量提供了一种方法。利用RMT-150B岩石力学试验系统对挤压类破碎机层压破碎过程进行模拟试验,对层压破碎过程进行深入研究,建立相应选择函数模型和破碎函数模型,为仿真优化破碎产品粒度奠定了基础。建立挤压类破碎机层压破碎粒度优化模型,并以国产PYB900圆锥破碎机为算例,经破碎机生产厂家物理样机验证了模型的可行性和可靠性。

Abstract: In order to develop new-type, more efficient, energy-saving and environment-preserving compressing crushers, based on matrix model of crushing process and chamber dividing results, compressing crusher manipulation model of the interparticle breakage is achieved, and is provided a new method for efficiently control crushing product quality. Using RMT-150B rock mechanics test system to simulate the interparticle breakage process of compressing crusher, the interparticle breakage process is studied and the selection model and breakage model are gained, which provided the basis for simulating and optimizing crushing product size-reduction. Besides, the interparticle breakage size-reduction optimization model of compressing crusher is accomplished, which is used to optimize the PYB900 cone crusher, and the feasibility and reliability of those models is verified by physical prototype of crusher manufacturer.
