A COMPARISION BETWEEN THREE CUTTING METHODS FOR SPIRAL BEVEL GEAR

摘要: 根据文献[1]所得出的基本结论,本文比较了刀号预先选定时二参数组合的三种螺旋伞齿轮切削方法。文章指出ΔE-ΔA组合是一种理想的切削方法,因为不论在任何情况下这时候齿形曲率误差ΔζΣ=0。考虑到齿高方向的局部接触(特别是对中等螺旋角及大螺旋角的伞齿轮),经过比较后得出每种切削方法的最佳螺旋角适用范围如下:ψ=0~15°采用ΔE-ΔA方案;ψ=25°~50°采用ΔA-Δi方案;ψ>65°采用Δi-ΔE方案。

Abstract: According to the conclusions of the literature(1)three cutting methods ,which are three variants combining with two parameters while the cutter number was selected previously ,for spiral bevel gear have been comparied.The article points out that the combenation is an ideal method because of profile curvature error ψ=0~15°for any condetions .Account for the local bearing on tooth prorision shows that the best interval of spiral angle for the every method is following :ΔE-Δacombination for ψ=25°~50°.
