摘要: 针对采用单元组合型线的涡旋压缩机,研究当对涡旋盘涡圈采用对称圆弧修正时整机的工作特性,建立修正型线参数方程,讨论修正型线的取值范围,分析其工作腔随转角的变化关系及内容积比和排气截面的工作特性。仿真研究结果表明:与修正后的采用圆渐开线的压缩机相比,在内容积比相同的情况下,采用单元组合型线的压缩机具有更大的排气角和排气截面,使得压缩过程更趋平缓;并随着内容积比的增加,其排气截面减小的趋势和排气损失增加的趋势也较基于圆渐开线的压缩机缓慢。可见,随着压比的升高,采用单元组合型线的压缩机优势更加突出。该研究结果为采用该型线的涡旋压缩机应用及优化奠定基础。

Abstract: To the scroll compressor with unit combined profile, the working characteristics of the whole machine is studied on condition that the vortex ring is modified by using symmetric circular arc.. The profile modification parameter equations are established. The data range of profile modification is discussed. The working characteristic of its working chamber, interior volume ratio and discharge area are analyzed. The results show that the scroll compressor with unit combined profile, in comparison with the one with normal circle involute profile, has larger discharge angle and discharge area under the same interior volume ratio, making the compression process more gently. And with the interior volume ratio increasing, the decrease trend of its discharge area is also slower than that of the compressor with normal circle involute profile. So, with the rise of compression ratio, the advantage of the scroll compressor with unit combined profile is more prominent. The study results lay a foundation for this novel scroll compressor applications and optimization.
