摘要: 起车信号分析是大型回转机械故障诊断的有效手段,其中相位信息的精确估计是起车信号分析的重要内容。由于自由采样以及起车信号本身调频调幅特性等的影响,已有方法往往不能有效实现相位的精确估计。提出一种基于分数时延滤波器的起车信号分析方法,由于该方法可以在离散的采样点之间实现分数内插,进而方便地将自由采样的起车信号转换为等角度采样信号,有效实现瞬时相位的精确估计。采用仿真信号和试验结果对该方法的有效性和精确性进行验证。

Abstract: Start-up signal analysis is an effective way to recognize the latent faults for rotating machinery. In this way, phase estimation is the key. Current methods cannot provide an accurate estimation for the phase due to the signal in start-up is non-stationary. A fractional delay filter based method is proposed to analyze the start-up signal for phase estimation. This method can implement the fractional interpolation of the discrete sample points. Therefore, it can convert the free sampling signal to the angle sampling signal which can estimate the phase accurately. The simulating signal and the experiment result are applied to validate the effectiveness and the accuracy of this method.
