摘要: 为研究熔体齿轮泵在输送高温高压介质,其齿轮产生热变形的情况。采用ProE进行实体建模,建立其中心轮和四个行星轮的3D模型。并基于热传导理论,建立中心轮和行星轮在高温介质中本体稳态温度场。由此,利用ANSYS软件对热和结构两个物理场进行耦合,模拟分析中心轮和行星轮在传输高温介质过程中热应力和热变形。结果表明,各齿的表面温度要略高于中间截面的温度,从齿顶到齿根温度有下降趋势,且梯度逐渐增大;整个啮合区域中两端温度偏低,其他区域温度梯度很小;中心轮最大热应力位于啮合处的齿根上,行星轮最大热应力位于啮合处的齿顶上,这两个位置是热应力破坏最危险的部位;中心轮的热变形会小于行星轮的热变形,热变形使得中心轮整体向外膨胀呈现凹形,热变形使得行星轮整体向外膨胀呈现梯形,这样就会造成卡齿,使得熔体齿轮泵无法正常运行。

Abstract: To study the thermal deformation which happens on the gears of the melt gear pump during transferring the medium with high temperature and high pressure. The three dimensional model of center gear and four planet gears are built by ProE . The stable temperature field of the center gear and planet gear is established which is based on the heat transform theory. Therefrom, the ANSYS software is used to make a coupling between the temperature filed and the structure filed, and the thermal stress and the thermal deformation on the gears are studied during transferring the medium with high temperature and high pressure. The result shows that:The temperature of the surface is a little higher than the midsection’s, the decreased gradient of the temperature will increase from the top of the gear to the button in the radial direction; the temperature closed to two sides is much lower than other place in the meshing area, and the decreased gradient of the temperature in those other place is very small; the maximum thermal stress of the center gear are on the button of the meshing teeth; the maximum thermal stress of the planet gear is on the top of the meshing teeth, those two are the most dangerous positions; the thermal deformation on the planet gear is larger than on the center gear; the center gear concaves itself through outward expansion which is caused by thermal deformation, and the planet gear make itself trapezoid because of the same reason. It will result in the gears get stuck,and makes the melt gear pump fail to wok.
