摘要: 利用透射电子显微镜对锰质量分数为43%的高锰低温钢的晶体结构及位错形态进行研究,结果证明显微组织为单相奥氏体,晶界上无第二相析出。晶内位错形态为“曲折”形位错线,晶界有位借塞积,讨论了位错塞积群对沿晶断裂的影响。

Abstract: Crystal structure and dislocation mode of high manganese cryogenic steel (43% Mn) are studied by using TEM. The research results proved that microstructure is austenite, grain boundaries has not particles, dislocation mode is tortuous lines, grain boundaries has dislocation pile up. The influence of dislocation pile up to intergranular fracture is discussed.
