摘要: 迭代反馈整定控制方法实现简单、收敛性好,在未知系统模型的前提下,能够对系统控制器参数进行整定,使系统控制性能趋向优化。将迭代反馈整定方法引入到传统的PID控制器中,构成一种IFT-PID控制器,该控制器能够完成PID参数在线自整定。将该控制器应用到宝钢2050粗轧直流主传动系统中,结果表明在外界扰动和系统工况发生变化时,该控制器能够在线完成控制器参数自整定,使控制系统取得满意的控制效果。

Abstract: Iterative feedback tuning(IFT) control method, whose advantage is easy to implement, with excellent convergence, can tune the PID parameters. Based on IFT and classical PID controlling theory, an IFT-PID controller, which can self-tune the PID parameters online, is developed. The good perform- ance of IFT-PID is verified by the application of DC main driver system in Baosteel 2050 rough mill. The results show that the IFT-PID controller achieves better performance than the classic one, especially, in the circumstance of working condition variation.
