摘要: 以Hill关于弹塑性材料唯一的充分性条件为理论基础,采用虚功率增率型原理和Mindlin曲壳单元的弹塑性大变形有限元模型成功地模拟了方盒与圆筒拉深成形凸缘起皱现象,以及圆锥件拉深成形侧壁起皱现象。方盒拉深成形凸缘起皱的个数、形状和位置等起皱模式与试验结果完全吻合,并且实现了起皱过程的3维激光动态仿真演示。

Abstract: A Mindlin shell element model of elastic-plastic large deformation based on a virtual power principle is proposed. On the theoretical basis of Hill's so-called bifurcated sufficiency condition on elastic plastic materials, the flange wrinkling with respect to the deep-drawing with square punch and cylinder punch, and the side-wall wrinkling with respect to the deep-drawing with circular cone punch are successfully simulated. The flange wrinkling models, for example, the number, shape and location of the wrinkling are very coincided with experimental ones. Finally, using 3D laser life-object modeling technique and imitating movement technique, the occurring and developing of the wrinkling processes are displayed.
