摘要: 针对数控机床可靠性智能网络系统研究中系统更新和维护困难的现状,引入了系统模型化工具Petri net,在分析智能网络系统本身、可靠性数据库和操作者三者之间的并行、离散行为的基础上,建立了系统控制模型,并实现了程序代码的自动生成。同时,结合XML实现了可靠性异质数据库之间的共享集成。试验平台上进行的模拟试验验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract: The systematic model tool Petri net which directed against numerically controlled machine tools to renew and keep in the present situation is introduced into system research of the intelligent network reliability. In the foundation of collateral and dispersed conduct among intelligence network itself, reliability database and operator, the system model are set up, and the program code are be automatic produce. In the meantime, the XML is combined to realize between diverse database to enjoy something together. The imitative test is test and verify this method to be feasible in experiment balcony.
