基于效应综合的设计历史产品逆求解方法

摘要: 有效借鉴设计历史产品的设计思路与意图对于类似新产品研发具有重要意义,设计历史产品的设计意图捕捉是这一过程的关键问题。提出基于效应综合的设计历史产品从结构-原理方案-功能的逆求解方法,建立设计历史的动作单元模型,借助效应综合过程,反求出该结构的原理解;对原理解进行效应综合功能替换,形成“功能元”并按照能量、物料、信号三个流的输入输入逻辑关系构建出设计历史的较优功能结构,从而有效解读设计历史的设计意图。应用以上方法,开发了设计历史逆求解原型系统,以工程实例验证了有效性。

Abstract: Effective learn from design ideas and intentions of the design history product are important for similar new product development, so design intent capture of historical product is the key issue in this process. Method of reverse solving in product design history based on effect synthesis is presented. Action-unit model of design history is built for reversing seeking the principle solutions by effect synthesis. The function-units are generated by principle synthesis and functions replacement, also function structures are built to capture the design intent of design history according to the logical relation of input-output of energy flow, material flow and signal flow. A prototype system for inverse solving of design history product is developed and effectiveness of the above methods is verified by the engineering case.
