液滴与弹性固体表面撞击过程的研究

摘要: 在工业生产及航空航天领域,经常出现由于液固撞击而造成固体材料侵蚀的现象,为了防止固体材料侵蚀破坏,就必须准确全面地了解液固撞击过程。推导了可用于研究液体——弹性体撞击问题的非线性耦合波动模型,并将其应用于不同粒径、不同撞击速度的液滴与弹性固体撞击过程的模拟。大量的数值模拟发现,量纲一化以后,不同粒径的液固撞击过程是相似的。此外,还对不同撞击速度的液固撞击过程进行了研究,给出了最大量纲一压力,最大量纲一等效应力以及最大等效应力点位置随时间的变化。最后在大量计算结果的基础上总结出了量纲一峰值等效应力随撞击马赫数的变化规律,为液滴侵蚀固体表面问题的研究提供了有力的基础。

Abstract: It is very important to investigate the liquid drop-solid impact to prevent material corrosion. Impacts with different diameter and different speed drops are investigated by the nonlinear coupling wave model. It is shown that the impacts with different diameter drops are similar by dimensionless process of results. Meanwhile, the effect of different impact speed is also investigated, many results as maximum dimensionless pressure, maximum dimensionless equivalent stress and the local of the maximum dimensionless equivalent stress are provided. At last, an equation describing the maximum dimensionless equivalent stress varied with Mach number is provided too.
