硬岩掘进机比例调速阀选型方法

摘要: 针对硬岩掘进机(Tunnel boring machine,TBM)破岩掘进过程中产生的振动对比例调速阀性能的影响,建立基础振动下比例调速阀的选型准则。选择比例调速阀为研究对象,分析其工作原理,建立比例调速阀仿真模型,并对其进行试验验证,仿真分析基础振动参数对其流量波动特性的影响规律。以10%的流量偏差值为评定标准,结合实例分析确定TBM比例调速阀的稳定工作区域并建立其选型流程。结果表明:基础振动会引起比例调速阀流量波动而导致其性能失效,新的选型流程满足TBM比例调速阀的工程实际要求。

Abstract: Focused on the impact of vibration produced by the tunnel boring machine(TBM) tunneling process on the performance of the proportional flow control valve, the selection criteria of proportional flow control valve on the fundamental vibration is proposed. The simulation model is established based on the operating principle of proportional flow control valve, and experimentally verified. The influences of fundamental vibration parameters on flow fluctuation characteristics are researched. Determined the normal work area of proportion control valve as the standard of 10% flow deviation, the selection process of TBM proportional flow control valve is put forward. The results indicate that fundamental vibration causes the valve flow fluctuations and leads to the failure performance of proportional flow control valve; new selection process meets to TBM proportional control valve actual engineering requirements.
