摘要: 电磁轴承是机械领域中一种新型的支承部件,其工作原理是依靠电磁力使转子非接触地悬浮于轴承体内。在分析研究电磁轴承系统的动态特性时,有2个重要的方面,即轴承转子系统动力学特性和系统陀螺效应对系统稳定性的影响。介绍电磁轴承系统在考虑了陀螺效应时的系统理论分析方法和结果,并讨论了系统的设计方法和特点;提出了系统控制器的设计思想和实现的一种方法;同时以2个实际的电磁轴承转子系统为例,指出了陀螺效应在具体应用中的分析原则。为电磁轴承支承的转子系统动态特性分析提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Active magnetic bearing (AMB) is a kind of the mechanical supporting unit, and its working principle is based on that shafts can be suspended in the case of the bearing depending on electrical magnetic force. When analyzing the dynamical performances of the system, two key domains may be considered during the first research process, these are characteristics of AMB rotor system dynamics and the gyroscopic effect in the system. With the second problem is dealt, and one method for analyzing the effect in design of system is introduced, as well as its specialty. Meanwhile, how to design the system controller is mentioned out here and one kind of realizing scheme for that purpose presented also. As a theoretical analysis result, two rigs of AMB system are experimented and some answers are clear. Above can be used as a base of design of the system.
