陀螺仪装配结构稳定性控制技术

Assembly Technology of Structure Stability Control for High Precision Gyroscope

摘要: 高精度陀螺仪是一种重要的惯性导航器件,广泛用于航空、航天及船舶等,对装配工艺的要求极高,尤其是随着精度要求的不断提高,组件结构的稳定性成为目前研究的焦点。而装配应力是影响组件结构稳定性的主要因素,为此,从高精度陀螺仪的结构特点和误差形成机理研究出发,建立了陀螺仪理论误差模型,分析仪表组件结构的稳定性对陀螺仪精度的影响情况。在此基础上,分别对陀螺仪中的两种主要连接结构螺纹连接和胶粘连接进行研究,并结合结构设计和装配工艺提出了有效可行的装配应力控制方法。

Abstract: As an important inertial instrument widely used in aeronautic, astronautic and navigation, high precision gyroscope has supreme requirements for the assembly process. The components structure stability is the key problem for the high precision gyroscope manufacturing process. The assembly stress is the main factor affecting the structure stability. Therefor the assembly stress control technology become one of the most interesting research directions for the high precision gyroscope. An errors model is established for the gyroscope based on its structure character and the errors sources. The relationship between the structure stability of components and the precision of the gyroscope is also analysed. Threaded fastening and adhesive bonding technologies for the gyroscope are studied, and one method of an assembly stress control for gyroscope is brought forward.
