Abstract: The uniform mathematics model of these transforms is founded. The meanings of this suggestion are expatiated. Some concepts, such as domain parameter variance and domain parameter variance function, are introduced. The common and broad form of the uniform mathematics model of the Fourier transform (the short time Fourier transform), and the wavelet transform is explored and founded. The flow chart and the meanings of the model are given. The values of the parameter and parameter functions of the Fourier transform, the short time Fourier transform, and the wavelet transform in the uniform mathematics model are given.
