机床床身自准直设计原理及其在导轨磨床中应用的研究

摘要: 在认真总结新型自准直导轨磨床成功实践的基础上,阐述了机床床身自准直设计原理的四个设计要点,其核心是让床身的重力变形自动补偿室温变化引起的床身热变形。为考证自准直设计原理的正确性,提供了地基稳定性试验、模拟件自准直特性试验和磨削试验结果。磨削试验结果表明,按自准直设计原理研制的新型自准直导轨磨床,其床身导轨具有很好的精度保持性。

Abstract: Four essentials of the self-collimation design principle of machine bed are narrated on the basis of successful application of the new-type self-collimation guideway grinders, their kernel is to make gravitational deformation of machine bed automatically compensate for its thermal deformation which is caused by the variety of environmental temperature. To verify the self-collimation design principle, some experiments such as groundsill stability, self-collimation characteristics of simulant parts and grinding are carried out, their results show that the machine bed’s guideway of the new-type self-collimation guideway grinder possess higher precision stableness.
