生态植树机松土机构运动性能理论分析

摘要: 论述生态植树机总体设计原则,介绍国际植树机的发展状况,指出国内外植树机的研究重点,对生态植树机松土机构悬架系统采用线性修正逼近理论Newton-Raphson法进行了运动分析,并根据运动分析结果进行坑形的理论分析,运用Matlab软件对坑形随进给速度的不同而发生的形状变化的问题进行数值仿真。使设计者在植树机生产前对其开发的产品样机机构的运动特性、结构特性有更清晰的认识,以提高产品开发的成功率。生态植树机能够保护地表植被,且能量消耗低、生产率高、树苗成活率高。机械化植树对加速提高我国森林覆盖率、保护生态环境、防风固沙等具有重要意义。

Abstract: The overall design principle of the ecoplanter and the development of the planting tree machine of the world is introduced. The researching focus of the planting tree machine is pointed out both at home and abroad. Linear modification approximation theory, the method of Newton-Raphson, are applied to perform kinematics analysis on the hanging system of the scarification mechanism of ecoplanter. Based on the results, the theory analysis of the pit shape and the numeral simulation with the business software Matlab is carried out. It shows that pit shape changes according to the feed speeds. This makes the designer understand the kinematics charact- eristics and structure characteristics before the ecoplanter is produced. The ecoplanter designed can defend the vegetations in the ground perfectly with low energy consumption, high productivity and high survival rate of the seedling. The mechanized tree planting has important meanings such as improving the coverage rate of forest in our country, protecting ecological environment, checking winds and fix drifting sand, etc.
