消费者偏好驱动的SUV产品族侧面外形基因设计

Consumer Preference-driven SUV Product Family Profile Gene Design

摘要: 为了满足汽车设计师的创意设计和消费者对汽车品牌认知的需求,从工业设计出发,探索性地提出消费者偏好驱动的运动型多用途汽车(Sport utility vehicle, SUV)产品族侧面外形基因设计方法。分析偏好驱动的产品族外形基因设计构建体系,划分产品族外形基因表达层次。对SUV的侧面轮廓线基因进行提取与表达,研究消费者具有差异化的SUV外形偏好,规划出具有差异化风格的SUV产品线,构建消费者偏好(心理的意象特征)与产品族外形基因(物理的外形特征)之间的映射模型,并转换成偏好驱动的进化函数;基于进化函数,运用遗传算法实现偏好驱动的SUV产品族侧面轮廓线基因进化;在Matlab中执行算法,推导出一系列既具延续性又具差异性的SUV产品族侧面设计方案;建立面向SUV产品族的计算机辅助侧面外形概念设计系统,基于此系统可以开展SUV产品族侧面外形设计,验证了方法的可行性。

Abstract: An approach of consumer preference-driven sport utility vehicle (SUV) product family profile gene design is proposed for further exploring the diversified demands of innovation design for car designers and brand cognition for consumers from industrial design. The construction system of preference-driven product family shape gene is analyzed and the gene representation level is present. The SUV profile genes are extracted and expressed, and different preferences of SUV consumers to SUV shape design are investigated. The SUV product lines with differentiation are planned out, the mapping model between consumer preferences (mental perception) and product family shape gene (physical appearance) is set up, and the mapping model is converted to the evolutionary function driven by preference. Based on the evolutionary function, the evolution of preference-driven SUV product family profile gene is implemented with genetic algorithm. Performing the algorithm in Matlab, a series of SUVs with continuity and diversity are obtained, and a computer-aided profile conceptual design system is built, which can generate a series of SUV profile designs, and the preference-driven SUV product family profile gene design theory is test.
