多轴CNC机床加工曲面上曲线的刀具姿态实时控制

摘要: 多轴CNC机床加工的空间曲线都是位于曲面上的,且切削刀具不是数学上的理想质点,因此,从满足机械加工工艺和机床CNC系统实时控制的要求出发,建立了刀具及其姿态控制的数学模型,该模型中的曲面—曲线标架只需要被加工曲面—曲线具有一阶连续性,这大大减小了设计和构造空间曲面—曲线的复杂程度,提高了CNC系统的实时性。最后,以磨削圆锥球头立铣刀的刀刃为例,说明了模型的实际应用方法。

Abstract: The curve that is processed by multi-axis CNC machine tool lies on the surface and the cutter is not ideal math particle. Therefore, the math model based on cutter and its orientation is present for the requirement of real time control and processing technics. The surface-curve frame in model only requires the same derivative continuity, which greatly reduces the complexity of surface-curve constructed and improves the ability of real-time control. Finally, the practice method is explained by grinding the ball-end cone mill.
