摘要: 在设计液压伺服系统时,通常尽量避免管道效应的影响,但本文提出应用管道效应来校正弯辊压力控制系统,通过分析和在四辊轧轧机上的实验发现这种方法能有效的展宽系统的带宽,从而成为一种大大提高系统响应能力的简单而可靠的新方法。

Abstract: While designing hydraulic servo Control system we usually do the best to avoid tie influence of pipe effect, However, in this paper we deal with the application of pipe effect to Correct the pressure Control system in the bending-Roii hydraulic system of rolling mills. Through the analysis and experiments in the four-high rolling mill we abtained the evidences that with this method the bandwidth of system Can be Spread effectively, So it becomes the new simple and reliable meathod to raise the remsponse of system greatly.
