摘要: 由于产品的竞争日益激烈,现代机械产品对其质量与可靠性提出了越来越高的要求,提高机械产品的可靠性、维修性、保障性已经成为机械产品质量和可靠性工作的重要内容。考虑机械产品的特点,结合可靠性工程的通用技术,制定机械产品的可靠性大纲。该大纲是机械工程领域内统筹可靠性工作的一项基本法规,是开展机械产品可靠性研究的实施依据,是在企业中应用可靠性理论与技术及管理措施的行为指南。可靠性大纲涵盖开展机械产品全寿命周期可靠性工作的各个方面,从可靠性数据采集与分析、可靠性设计、零部件筛选与检验、可靠性试验、制造与装配工艺、使用与维护及保障、可靠性规范与准则、可靠性管理等着手,在源头上把握和控制机械产品的可靠性,促使机械产品可靠性的持续增长,对推动机械产品的设计、制造、使用各阶段的质量和可靠性的提升起着至关重要的作用,也是全面保证机械产品可靠性的重要措施。

Abstract: The status quo of reliability theory, viewpoints on reliability analysis and modeling, reliability evaluation methods and models, failure rate and life distribution are briefly reviewed. Commentaries are focused on the shape of failure rate curves and the related mechanisms to yield different shapes, the form of life distribution and influencing factors, the consistency of life distribution form and failure rate shape, the relationship between system reliability and component reliabilities, the mathematical meaning of stress-strength interference model and engineering background of application, the definitions on “importance” and “load severity” in reliability allocation technique.
