摘要: 实践告诉我们:螺纹孔的本身螺纹精度,主要取决于丝锥精度,而螺纹孔中心线的形状和位置精度,则 主要取决于螺纹底孔中心线的形状和位置精度。我们基于这种认识,在科学试验的基础上,对螺纹孔的加工采用了高压冷却液强制排屑的单刃深孔钻的高速精钻,达到了一次精钻代替常规的钻、矿、铰的工艺效果。为挤压一级螺纹孔提供了理想而必要的精确底孔。对螺纹的加工采用了具有特殊截形的丝锥挤压攻丝工艺。它是利用金属在外力作用下,处于三向强烈应力状态下而作冷塑变形的特点的新工艺。经一次挤丝,螺纹的精度达一级;螺纹型面而光洁度稳定为▽7;螺纹的抗拉强度提高20~30%;抗剪强度提高5~10%;压强深度为0.15毫米,硬度提高幅度40%以上。本文围绕合金钢一级螺纹孔的底孔制备和挤压攻丝的基本原理、工艺方法、工艺参数、工具及设备的设计、制造等问题加以系统总结。并对今后发展中的一些工艺问题,提出个人看法,以资抛砖引玉、广泛争鸣。

Abstract: In this paper, the authors summed up, analysed and made sure of some observations which they had taken part in and achieved from the technological experiments and research work of the crush-threading for one grade threaded hole-in 1622402 Diesel Engine 42CrMo connecting rod. Basing upon this consideration and by the foundation of scientific experiments the authors adopted high speed finish drilling with high pressure cooling forced chip-separation and single-point deep-hole drill for working of bottom threaded hole. Thus, the finish cut drilling process is instead of the procedures of drilling, enlarging and reaming at normal condition. Crush-threading one grade threaded hole provides ideal and necessary accurate bottom hole. In threading process they adopted crush-threading technology with a tap in special sestion. It is a new technology of ultitizing of metal cold plastic deformation characteristic under the action of external forces and the case of three phases strong stresses. Through one crush-threading thread accuracy achieves to 1 grade, and the finish mark of the thread face form is stably in ▽7, its tension strength increased 20-30%, shear strength increased 5-10 % , the depth of harding is 0.15mm, hardness increased more than 40%. This paper is also concerned with the preparing of one grade alloy steel bottom threaded hole and its basic principles, the technological method, the technological coefficient, and the designs and manufactures of tools and equipments used etc. There gives these problems a systematic explanation. Besides, the authors have mentioned their considerations of some technological problems-about this extent in the future development to be discussed.
