摘要: 本文提出了Nowton-Raphson迭代与低松驰迭低联合求解一般非稳态弹流问题的数值方法。该方法参数范围广,收敛速度快。通过对各种非稳态弹流润滑过程的数值模拟,阐明了一些非稳态弹流润滑的特征,发现了压力“双峰”现象。最后,本文针对凸轮-挺柱副非稳态弹流润滑问题的实例,进行了完全数值模拟,获得了成功。

Abstract: A new numerical algorithm which combines the Newton-Raphson scheme and low relaxation iteration is presented in this paper. The new numerical algorithm has a wide parameter range and high convergence speed. Through a host of numerical simulation for various transient EHD lubrication, some characteristics of transient EHD lubrication are investigated and an interesting phenomenon-two spikes in pressure distribution-is discovered. As an example of application, the transient EHD lubrication of a compound cycloid cam-tappet pair in 1.C.engine is calculated. The results demonstrate that the application of the new numerical algorithm for the transient EHD lubrication process of cam-tappet is successful.
