子午流道形状对透平级三维流动性能影响研究

摘要: 应用多级联算的全三维流动仿真计算程序,以南京汽轮电机集团有限责任公司生产的某小型汽轮机的末级及次末级为例,进行通流部分子午面流道形状对三维气动性能的影响研究,发现适当地反曲率子午流道能有效地降低长叶片透平级的顶部反力度,减小动叶顶部漏气损失,改善流道内的气动性能,对提高长叶片机组的气动性能确实是非常有益的。

Abstract: Using the code of simulation for three-dimensional flow field in turbomachinery, the performances of 3D flow in turbine stages which is made by Nanjing Turbine and Electric Machinery Co. Ltd under different shapes of meridian plane are studied. It is found that proper negative curvature of meridian plane will be good for the reduction of the reaction and leakage at tip, and will improve the performances of aerodynamics in flow passage. The work is of value to design long blade for turbo-machinery.
