摘要: 在界定并行公差设计概念的基础上,首次系统地给出了以总加工成本最小为目标函数、以装配功能要求、加工方法选择、加工余量公差、经济加工精度范围等为约束条件的优化数学模型,该模型能够对工艺路线进行一定程度地定量技术经济指标评价;论证了该模型是个非凸规划问题;最后给出了并行公差设计的一个仿真实例。

Abstract: Based on the definition of concurrent tolerance design, the optimum mathematical model which is composed of sum machine cost minimum as objective function and assembly functional requirement, machine methods, stock removal tolerance, economically attainable accuracy as constraint condition is first put forward, The model can access partly quantitatively the technology economy of process route, It is proven that the model is non-convex program Finally, one simulation of concurrent tolerance design is given.
