电性能加权的网状天线索网结构张力设计

An Electromagnetic Performance Weighted Tension Design Method of Cable Network for Mesh Reflectors

摘要: 索网结构张力设计是网状天线实现高精度与高电性能要求的关键。不同于传统张力均匀设计方法,提出了一种电性能加权的索网结构张力设计方法,其核心是将传统张力均匀的目标函数转化为按照电性能分布进行索网张力设计,即电性能要求高的地方施于较强的张力。通过引入电气设计中的口径场幅度分布函数,以口径场幅度分布函数为竖向索张力幅度分布的依据,建立了电性能加权的索网结构张力设计优化模型,并采用桁架受力、结构随机误差下的电性能均值两个方面进行力学与电性能评价。通过某偏置网状天线进行案例验证,结果表明,相比于传统张力均匀设计方法,所提方法在相同竖向索张力均值的情况下,可以实现较优的力学与电性能。

Abstract: Tension design of cable network is the key point for mesh reflectors to realize the high surface accuracy and electromagnetic performance. Different from the traditional uniform tension design method, an electromagnetic performance weighted tension design method is proposed. The main innovation lies in the transformation from the objective function of traditional uniform tension distribution to the tension design based on the electromagnetic distribution, namely, the strong tensions appear in the position with high electromagnetic performance requirement. By introducing the aperture field amplitude distribution function defined in electromagnetic design as the tension distribution basis for the tie cables, an optimization model is established with the electromagnetic performance weighted tension design method. Furthermore, both the tension amplitude exerted on the truss and the mean value of electromagnetic performance with structural random errors are chosen as the evaluation functions from both the mechanical and electromagnetic viewpoints. An offset cable mesh reflector is selected in the example, and the results show that, compared with the traditional uniform tension design method and under the same average tie cable tensions, the proposed method can provide a better mechanical and electromagnetic performance.
