摘要: 本文叙述了利用电磁吊车进行冲天炉的金属炉料定量配料的原理和其装置。电磁盘可看成是个电感,吸住了金属炉料的电磁盘断开电源之后,通过电阻进行放电,其激磁电流的减少是缓慢的,金属炉料会慢慢地往下掉落。电磁盘在吸住过多的金属炉料之后,利用上述原理,配上强励磁吸料,对所吸炉料进行多次“一放、一吸”的动作,可以使吸附在电磁盘上的金属炉料,迅速、自动地达到所要吸取的定量值,而且误差较小。这种装置是由电磁盘、传感器、控制系统和秤量显示仪表等组成,其配料的精度和操作周期完全满足熔炼工艺的要求。这种装置也可用于其他黑色金属熔化装置上。文章还介绍了这种装置在中国一些铸造车间中使用多年的情况和技术经济效益。

Abstract: Features and work principle of a newly designed lifting magnet with an auto-metering device are briefly discussed, which is primarily used for charging cupola in iron foundries. The lifting magnet may be considered as an inductor which, after being disconnected from the power supply then shunted with a resistor, maintains a gradually decayed current, so that the metal charge attracted be released slowly. In case of the magnet over attracting material, by repeating "dropping and attracting" operation, the metal charge attracted will be metered automatically to the predetermined value promptly with small error. This device consists of a lifting magnet, a sensor-control system and a weighing indicator. Its metering accuracy and working cycle meets the demands of cupola melting practice quite satisfactorily. It may be used in other ferrous foundries, too. Its technical-economical merits displayed in some years service in some Chinese iron foundries are hereby briefly described.
