摘要: 提出用多重装配连接图表示产品中零件之间的多重装配关系,用模糊连接图中的结点和连接边的模糊度来模糊评价产品可装配性。对产品装配体,进行自动装配特征识别,基于所建立的产品装配模型自动产生产品装配数据的中性文件。建立了产品可装配性评价体系;基于产品装配数据和装配知识,对产品可装配性进行模糊定量评价,从而指导产品装配设计,实现了CAD/DFA的信息集成。

Abstract: The multi-assembly relations between the parts of product is described based on multi-assembly link graph. The fuzzy metric of the node and side of fuzzy link graph is used to measure the assemblability of product. The assembly feature of products can be recognized automatically and the neutral exchange data file of product assembly can be generated by means of the product assembly model established based on generalized link. The assemblability evaluation architecture of products is established. The assemblability fuzzy evaluation of products can be implemented based on the assembly knowledge and product assembly data. The information integration between CAD and DFA can be implemented.
