650℃一次再热超超临界燃煤发电机组设计优化

Design Optimization of 650 ℃ Ultra-supercritical Coal-fired Power Generation System with Single Reheat System

摘要: 针对650℃一次再热超超临界燃煤发电机组热力系统抽汽过热度较高、空气预热器换热温差较大的问题,在650℃基准机组基础上提出加装2级前置式蒸汽冷却器(Outside steam coolers,OSCs)(方案1)和采用前置式空气预热器+OSCs(方案2)进行性能对比研究。通过Ebsilon建模,采用单耗分析法对比了650℃一次再热机组在变工况下的能耗分布情况。结果表明:650℃一次再热机组发电煤耗比600℃二次再热机组降低10.67g·(kW·h)-1,比700℃一次再热机组高9.77g·(kW·h)-1(100%THA),节煤效果显著。650℃一次再热不同优化方案中,方案2在各工况下性能均优于方案1和基准机组,方案2发电煤耗246.71g·(kW·h)-1(100%THA),比方案1降低1.99g·(kW·h)-1,比基准机组降低3.32g·(kW·h)-1,在低负荷下仍具有良好的节煤效果。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of high superheat degrees of regenerative extraction steams and large heat transfer temperature differences of air preheater in 650 ℃ single reheat advanced ultra-supercritical(A-USC) coal-fired power generation system, two optimized schemes(scheme 1 is integrated with two stages outside steam coolers(OSCs), while scheme 2 is simultaneously integrated with both OSCs and fronted air preheater(FAH) are proposed and compared on the base of the principle of energy level matching. The 650 ℃ A-USC coal-fired power generation system models are built by the Ebsilon software and the energy consumptions under off-design conditions are analysed with the unit consumption analysis method. The results show that the coal consumption of the 650 ℃ single reheat unit has remarkable coal saving effect compared with the 600 ℃ double reheat unit.The standard coal consumption of 650 ℃ single reheat unit is 10.67g·(kW·h)-1 lower than that of the 600 ℃ double reheat unit, and 9.77% higher than that of the 700 ℃ single reheat unit(100%THA). The standard power generation coal consumptions of optimized scheme 2 are lower than those of scheme 1 and reference system under any working condition. The standard power generation coal consumption of scheme 2 is 246.71 g·(kW·h)-1(100%THA), 3.32 g·(kW·h)-1 lower than that of the reference system and 1.99 g·(kW·h)-1 lower than that of the scheme 1.
