摘要: 本文提出了同时求解直动滚子从动件盘形凸轮的最小基圆半径r 0及其对应的偏距e的解析法,并能在计算机终端上显示出凸轮的轴心位置。本方法不仅克服了现有文献中必须先给定偏距e才能求出r 0的缺点,而且还能保证任保瞬时凸轮机构的压力角都不超过许用值,从而全面地解决了按许用压力角求解直动滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构的最小尺寸问题。

Abstract: In this paper an analytical method is developed. According to this method both the radius r0 of minimal basis circle of disk cam and the offset a of follower can be deter-mined by computer, and the axle center of disk cam can be shown in computer terminal. In this method, we can not only overcome the shortcoming in exiting literature that if we want to find the basis circle radius r0 the offset a of follower must be given at first, but also the pressure angle of cam mechanism can not overstep the allowable value at any time. Thus, it is solved wholly to determine the minimal size of disk cam mechanism with translating follower in accordance with allowable pressure angle.
