自适应接触式机械密封性能研究

Sealing Performance of Adaptive Contacting Mechanical Seal

摘要: 以压水堆核主泵静压轴封系统中具有自适应性的接触式机械密封为对象,分别采用热流固耦合混合润滑和流固耦合流体润滑模型,研究了不同工况下密封性能演变规律;提出了具有更好工艺性能的静环组件浮动安装结构并与国外产品采用的镶装结构密封性能进行了比较。自行研制了立式、全尺寸自适应接触式机械密封性能试验系统,获得自适应接触式机械密封在核主泵密封两种典型工作状态下的密封性能,验证了理论分析模型。同时,通过试验验证了静环组件浮动安装结构的可行性与性能,为国产化设计与制造提供了理论和实践基础。

Abstract: The mechanism of a kind of adaptive contacting mechanical seal which is applied in pressurized water reactor nuclear coolant pumps in different operating conditions is investigated by the hybrid lubrication model coupled with thermal and elastic deformation and elastic hydrodynamic lubrication model. The floating structure of static ring with O-ring is given, and its performance is compared with interferential structure applied in import product. A full-scale vertical experiment rig for adaptive contacting mechanical seal is set up. The seal performance of the adaptive contacting mechanical seal in two statuses is obtained from the experiments which prove the two theoretical models. The feasibility and reliability of floating structure of static ring is verified by the experiments also. These results are beneficial to the domestic design and manufacturing of mechanical seals in nuclear coolant pump.
